the room size was very good. breakfast was really good.
The music on the public areas was far too loud and unsuitable for many age groups. The dinner menu was very limited with too many spicy dishes.

we had a room upgrade, and it was really nice. i enjoyed the pool.. it was great. the gym was well-equipped, and i appreciated the quiet atmosphere in my room.
i found the check-in process slow and congested. i had to wait because my room wasn't ready. the wait was inconvenient since i had a prior engagement.

lovely refurbished room

I was actually surprised with the recently refurbished room, it had a stylish design. the breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. all the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic experience. i thought the location was perfect. It made accessing different parts of the city easy.
the late notice about the restaurant and bar closure was inconvenient! not having bottled water available for purchase added to the frustration.

the room was clean and spacious! it included a comfortable super king bed with excellent quality bedding. the bathroom featured a modern walk-in shower, and fresh-smelling towels were provided.

The room was spacious. it had comfortable beds. the en suite was posh, and the area was quiet. the hotel provided a fan in the room, great. i faced the Victoria Quays. THAT was a nice bonus.
I feel the restaurant was very poor. the staff showed little interest in guests. my wife's pie came with beef gravy. This gravy had a congealed layer. i asked for a VAT receipt and waited 15 minutes. The waitress never returned.
